Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with Career.zycto's brand identity, marketing goals, and talent acquisition objectives.
- Manage and oversee content creation for all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), ensuring brand consistency and platform-specific optimisation.
- Grow and engage our online community through proactive moderation, responsive interaction, and initiating meaningful conversations that foster loyalty and advocacy.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and actively test and evaluate new channels and technologies for potential integration.
- Analyse social media performance data, generate insightful reports, and provide actionable recommendations to optimise future campaigns and strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, HR, and content teams to ensure integrated campaigns and consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, ad creation, and performance tracking to maximise ROI.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in our social media approach.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns and community growth.
- Demonstrable expertise in managing multiple social media platforms, including strategy, content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft engaging, brand-aligned content.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing principles, and how they integrate with social media strategy.
- Ability to interpret data, generate reports, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
