Key Responsibilities
- Perform general labour duties for landscaping projects, including digging, raking, planting, watering, and mulching.
- Assist with the installation of hardscapes such as patios, pathways, and retaining walls.
- Operate basic hand tools (shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows) and power tools (leaf blowers, trimmers) safely and efficiently.
- Prepare and clear construction sites, including debris removal and site cleanup.
- Load and unload materials, plants, and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures on site.
- Support skilled landscapers and horticulturists in various tasks as required.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to high standards.
