Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for various insurance products (life, health, auto, home, commercial).
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through personalized service and regular follow-ups.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance coverage that aligns with client goals.
- Prepare, present, and close sales proposals, ensuring accurate policy issuance and documentation.
- Assist clients with the claims process, including submission, documentation gathering, and communication with adjusters.
- Educate clients on policy terms, conditions, and benefits, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and claims resolution metrics.
