Key Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and edit high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, online help, and release notes.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, quality assurance, and support teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand language for a diverse audience.
- Maintain and update existing documentation to reflect product enhancements, changes, and new features.
- Establish and maintain consistent terminology and style guidelines across all documentation.
- Participate in product design and review meetings to understand new features and functionalities from an early stage.
- Create and manage documentation plans and schedules, ensuring timely delivery of documentation for product releases.
- Research and gather technical information through interviews, hands-on product use, and studying design specifications.
- Contribute to the improvement of documentation processes and tools.
- Potentially assist in developing training materials and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a software or IT environment (minimum 3 years).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.

- Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, Markdown, Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare).
