Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Driller and other rig crew members in all operational aspects of the drilling process.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe rig floor and general work area.
- Safely handle, store, and transport drilling tools, pipes, and other equipment.
- Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication of machinery under supervision.
- Actively participate in pre-tour meetings, safety drills, and emergency procedures.
- Load and unload supplies and equipment from trucks and supply vessels.
- Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Learn and strictly adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional physical stamina and strength, capable of lifting heavy objects and performing strenuous tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in challenging outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
