Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and guest services.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve financial objectives, including revenue generation, cost control, and profit maximization.
- Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest service and satisfaction, addressing feedback promptly and effectively.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring adherence to established financial goals.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security across the property.
- Implement and enforce all company policies, brand standards, and legal compliance requirements.
- Cultivate strong relationships with guests, local community members, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new business and retain existing clientele.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and guest preferences to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Manage property maintenance and renovations, ensuring facilities are well-maintained and appealing.
- Provide leadership and guidance during emergency situations, ensuring guest and staff safety.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage hotel operations, including financial management, revenue optimization, and guest satisfaction.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
