We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead operations at a premier hospitality establishment in the scenic Green Mountain area of Lakewood, Colorado. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and guest services.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve financial objectives, including revenue generation, cost control, and profit maximization.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest service and satisfaction, addressing feedback promptly and effectively.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring adherence to established financial goals.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security across the property.
  • Implement and enforce all company policies, brand standards, and legal compliance requirements.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with guests, local community members, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new business and retain existing clientele.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and guest preferences to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Manage property maintenance and renovations, ensuring facilities are well-maintained and appealing.
  • Provide leadership and guidance during emergency situations, ensuring guest and staff safety.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage hotel operations, including financial management, revenue optimization, and guest satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proven track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience managing properties with diverse amenities (e.g., conference facilities, multiple F&B outlets).
