Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding cruise packages.
  • Provide accurate information on various cruise lines, itineraries, promotions, and travel requirements.
  • Assist clients in selecting and booking suitable cruise holidays based on their preferences and budget.
  • Process bookings, payments, and cancellations accurately and efficiently using reservation systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cruise products, destinations, and industry trends.
  • Liaise with cruise line representatives to confirm bookings and resolve issues.
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure all booking details are correctly recorded.
  • Handle post-booking queries, modifications, and provide pre-departure information.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold high standards of customer service.
