Working alongside a dedicated team, you will be responsible for receiving, unpacking, and accurately placing merchandise onto shelves according to planograms and company standards. Key Responsibilities
- Unload delivery trucks and organize merchandise in the stockroom.
- Efficiently unpack products and replenish shelves, ensuring accurate placement and rotation.
- Adhere strictly to merchandising guidelines and planograms.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, including aisles and stockrooms.
- Operate manual handling equipment safely and responsibly (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Assist with stock counts and inventory management as required.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding stock levels and issues.
- Ensure product freshness and remove damaged or expired items.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry merchandise regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliability and punctuality, especially for night shifts.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of retail operations and safety procedures.
