- Utilize GDS (Global Distribution Systems) and other booking platforms efficiently to secure optimal travel arrangements.
- Handle customer service issues, resolve complaints, and provide proactive solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Process payments, issue tickets, and manage booking documentation accurately.
- Promote and cross-sell complementary travel products and services, such as car rentals, hotels, and holiday packages.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, industry regulations, and global travel advisories.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.

Required Skills
