Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive client consultations to understand vision, objectives, and budget for both wedding and corporate events.
  • Develop detailed event proposals, including creative concepts, timelines, and budget breakdowns.
  • Source, negotiate with, and manage a diverse range of vendors (venues, caterers, decorators, entertainment, photographers, etc.).
  • Create and manage event timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met efficiently.

  • Manage event budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial updates to clients.

  • Conduct post-event evaluations, including client feedback and vendor performance reviews.
