Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and clear construction sites, including excavation and trenching.
- Lay and finish various road surfaces such as asphalt, concrete, and paving stones.
- Operate and maintain a range of small construction machinery (e.g., compactors, rollers, mini-excavators) and hand tools.
- Install and repair drainage systems, kerbstones, traffic signs, and road markings.
- Perform general maintenance and repair work on existing roads and pathways.
- Strictly adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
- Assist with traffic management setups and site security measures.
