Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare comprehensive shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and packing lists.
- Coordinate with freight carriers and couriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Track and trace shipments, providing updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
- Inspect, package, and label items according to shipping requirements and safety standards.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
- Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations, customs procedures, and company policies.
- Assist in resolving shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries related to logistics.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment within the shipping area.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in data entry and administrative tasks.
