Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine laboratory tests and experiments accurately under supervision.
- Prepare samples, reagents, and media according to established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate various laboratory equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and precision.
- Accurately record, document, and manage experimental data, observations, and results in lab notebooks and digital systems.
- Assist in the preliminary analysis and interpretation of data, contributing insights to project reports.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment, strictly adhering to all safety regulations, GLP, and quality standards.
- Manage laboratory inventory, including tracking usage, ordering, and stocking supplies and consumables.
- Provide comprehensive support to senior researchers in various R&D projects, including setting up experiments, preparing materials, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Conduct thorough literature reviews as needed to support ongoing research and development initiatives.
- Actively participate in team meetings, contributing to scientific discussions and problem-solving sessions.
Required Skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a closely related scientific field.
- Fundamental understanding of basic laboratory techniques and scientific principles.
- Proficiency in operating standard laboratory equipment (e.g., pH meters, centrifuges, microscopes, balances).
