Key Responsibilities

- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Mix and match paint colours to achieve desired shades and finishes.
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding and ladders safely, following all safety protocols.
- Protect surrounding areas and surfaces from paint splatters and damage.
- Perform minor repairs to walls and surfaces before painting.
- Conduct quality checks on finished work to ensure high standards and address any imperfections.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and cared for.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with other tradespeople and project managers to ensure timely project completion.
- Undertake general maintenance painting as required for existing properties.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Painter in construction or maintenance.
- Proficiency in various painting techniques (brush, roller, spray).
- Strong understanding of surface preparation and finishing.
- Ability to mix and match colours accurately.

- Knowledge of health and safety procedures related to painting.
