Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and offering customized recruitment solutions.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base and market share.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to match client requirements with top-tier talent and facilitate successful placements.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews to assess performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and service agreements to prospective and existing clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to strategically position Career.zycto's services.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within the recruitment or HR services industry.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both German and English (C1 level minimum).
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience working with clients in specific industry sectors relevant to Career.zycto's focus (e.g., IT, Engineering, Finance).
  • Familiarity with the Darmstadt and Hesse regional business landscape.
