Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial forecasts, budgets, and business plans.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and provide insightful explanations for deviations.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes with relevant financial data and analysis.
- Gather and interpret financial data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with various departments to collect financial information and understand business drivers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and tools.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a finance, accounting, or FP&A role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
- Solid understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
