Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort incoming and outgoing packages, parcels, and products based on destination, type, or other classification criteria.
- Verify product counts and quality, identifying and reporting any discrepancies or damaged items.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily sorting goals and operational targets.
- Perform repetitive tasks accurately and consistently over extended periods.
- Follow precise instructions to ensure correct item placement and prevent errors.
- Adapt to changing work priorities and contribute positively to a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and understand basic instructions in English.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive motions.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
