Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits, adhering to recipes and quality standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner, providing recommendations and ensuring an exceptional experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including glassware, tools, and inventory.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Conduct daily mise en place, including juicing, syrup preparation, and garnishes.
- Adhere to all licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory management, and report any shortages.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth service and a positive atmosphere.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Bartender, specifically with cocktail preparation.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and classic cocktail recipes.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
