Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and bussers, ensuring smooth and efficient service operations.

- Monitor guest satisfaction, address complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionally to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting, maintaining meticulous records.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless communication and coordination between front and back of house.
- Contribute to creating and maintaining a positive and motivating work environment for all team members.
- Lead by example, demonstrating impeccable customer service and professionalism at all times.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and train a diverse team.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in restaurant POS systems and basic computer skills.
- A genuine passion for food, wine, and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
Preferred Qualifications
- Formal qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Knowledge of local food safety and hygiene regulations (e.g., Level 2 Food Safety certificate).
- Experience with inventory management and cost control in a restaurant environment.
- Familiarity with various dining styles and service standards (e.g., fine dining, casual).
- First Aid certification.
