Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and prioritize incoming calls from drivers, passengers, and staff regarding taxi services.
  • Utilize dispatch software to efficiently assign and track taxi requests, ensuring optimal route management and timely service.
  • Provide accurate information to drivers regarding pick-up/drop-off locations and special instructions.
  • Assist passengers with booking rides, answering inquiries, and resolving service-related issues with professionalism.
  • Monitor vehicle locations and driver status to maintain service efficiency and address potential delays.
  • Document call information, dispatch logs, and incident reports accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and operational flow.
  • Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during high-volume periods or challenging situations.
