Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist with visa and immigration inquiries, connecting candidates with relevant resources.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, honed in customer-facing roles.
  • High level of empathy, cultural sensitivity, and an understanding of diverse perspectives.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (MS Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Demonstrated experience in a waitstaff or high-volume customer service role (minimum 3 years).
