Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect for new clients and generate leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement.

- Assist clients with the claims process, providing guidance, collecting necessary documentation, and ensuring timely submission.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and policy reviews.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, ethical guidelines, and industry regulations.
