Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming.
- Operate and maintain various spray painting equipment, including conventional, airless, and HVLP spray guns.
- Mix paints, lacquers, and other finishing materials according to specifications and color matching requirements.
- Apply coatings uniformly and flawlessly to diverse materials such as metal, plastic, and composite surfaces.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to standards and detect any imperfections.
- Clean and maintain paint booths, spray guns, and other equipment regularly.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and guidelines.
- Monitor inventory of painting supplies and report needs to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and production schedules.
