Key Responsibilities

  • Process driver invoices and expense reports accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify all payment documentation for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to company policies.
  • Reconcile payment discrepancies and resolve issues through effective communication with drivers and internal departments.
  • Maintain organized and detailed records of all transactions and communications.
  • Communicate professionally with drivers regarding payment status, inquiries, and policy clarifications.
  • Assist with month-end closing procedures related to driver payments and financial reporting.
  • Utilize internal accounting software for data entry, transaction processing, and report generation.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all financial regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
  • Collaborate effectively with the logistics, dispatch, and accounting teams to streamline payment processes and resolve operational challenges.

Required Skills
