Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of fresh juices, smoothies, and other healthy beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Operate juice bar equipment, blenders, and other tools safely and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking accurate orders, and making informed recommendations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the juice bar area, equipment, and utensils in accordance with food safety standards.
- Monitor and manage ingredient stock levels, ensuring fresh produce is readily available and rotated properly.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist with unpacking deliveries, organizing storage areas, and ensuring all products are correctly stored.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.

- Basic knowledge of food preparation and handling procedures.

- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Fluency in Portuguese (essential for customer interaction in Matola).
