Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet all arriving and departing guests, providing a professional and courteous first and last impression.
  • Efficiently and carefully handle guest luggage, assisting with loading and unloading from vehicles, and transporting to and from rooms.
  • Escort guests to their rooms, offering assistance with orientation, and explaining hotel facilities and room features.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information about local attractions, dining options, transportation, and hotel services.
  • Assist guests with general inquiries, special requests, and any immediate needs, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
  • Support the front desk and concierge teams with various tasks, including message delivery and basic administrative duties.
  • Ensure the security of guest belongings and hotel property at all times.
  • Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures and policies.
  • Assist with setting up meeting rooms or special events as required.

Required Skills

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, ideally within a hotel environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina to lift and carry luggage and be on your feet for extended periods.
