Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all arriving and departing guests, providing a professional and courteous first and last impression.
- Efficiently and carefully handle guest luggage, assisting with loading and unloading from vehicles, and transporting to and from rooms.
- Escort guests to their rooms, offering assistance with orientation, and explaining hotel facilities and room features.
- Provide accurate and helpful information about local attractions, dining options, transportation, and hotel services.
- Assist guests with general inquiries, special requests, and any immediate needs, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
- Support the front desk and concierge teams with various tasks, including message delivery and basic administrative duties.
- Ensure the security of guest belongings and hotel property at all times.
- Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures and policies.
- Assist with setting up meeting rooms or special events as required.
Required Skills
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, ideally within a hotel environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
