Key Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders with drink preparation, including squeezing juices, cutting garnishes, and preparing mixers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including wiping counters, cleaning spills, and washing glassware.
- Restock bar supplies such as bottles, ice, napkins, and straws throughout shifts, ensuring continuous availability.
- Ensure all necessary bar equipment is clean, functional, and readily available for service.
- Assist with inventory counts and communicate stock levels to bartenders or supervisors to prevent shortages.
- Empty trash receptacles and maintain hygiene standards behind the bar, adhering to all health codes.
- Help maintain a positive, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for guests and team members.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Bartender or Manager to support bar operations.
Required Skills
- No prior bartending experience required (entry-level opportunity).
