Key Responsibilities
- Safely and punctually transport clients to and from airports, ensuring a smooth and comfortable ride.
- Assist passengers with luggage handling, loading and unloading with care.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of your assigned vehicle, inside and out, before and after each trip.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, dispatch, and fellow team members.
- Utilize navigation and dispatch systems efficiently to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Represent Career.zycto with a consistently professional and courteous demeanor.
- Maintain accurate trip logs and records as required.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no major infractions in the last 3-5 years).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, helpful attitude.
- Punctuality and exceptional time management abilities.
- Ability to operate a smartphone for navigation and dispatch applications.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs).
