Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including merchandising displays and product replenishment.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting regular stock checks.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and minor complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all store policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Stay informed about current promotions, product features, and company news to better serve customers.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.
