Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly shuttle schedules, ensuring optimal route efficiency and driver utilization.
- Coordinate proactively with drivers to ensure adherence to schedules, provide necessary instructions, and resolve immediate operational issues.
- Monitor real-time shuttle movements using tracking systems and adjust schedules as needed due to traffic, weather conditions, or unexpected events.
- Communicate schedule changes and updates clearly and effectively to relevant personnel, including drivers, operations managers, and, when necessary, clients.
- Process and manage transportation requests efficiently, ensuring optimal resource allocation and timely service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all scheduled trips, vehicle utilization, driver hours, and other relevant operational data.
- Assist in compiling reports on operational efficiency, performance metrics, and cost analysis to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries regarding shuttle services and schedules from internal staff and external stakeholders.
- Utilize scheduling software, communication platforms, and other administrative tools proficiently after comprehensive training.
- Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and transportation laws to maintain a safe and reliable operation.
Required Skills
