Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging visual merchandising displays, window displays, and in-store promotions in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Ensure all products are correctly priced, clearly signed, and presented to a high standard, maintaining a tidy and attractive sales floor.
- Monitor stock levels, product movement, and sales performance to identify merchandising opportunities and inform display decisions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to plan and execute seasonal layouts, new product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs to assess merchandising effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and ensure consistency across departments.
- Source and manage props, fixtures, and display materials, adhering to budget constraints.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and visual merchandising best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the store.
- Provide feedback and training to store staff on merchandising standards and display maintenance.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations in all merchandising activities.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in visual merchandising, retail display, or a similar creative role.
