Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare laboratory reagents, solutions, and media following established protocols.
  • Perform routine laboratory tests and experiments accurately and efficiently under supervision.
  • Operate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
  • Record and organize experimental data, observations, and results with precision and integrity.
  • Assist senior researchers and scientists with complex experimental setups and data analysis.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory working environment, adhering strictly to health and safety regulations.
  • Manage laboratory inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies and reagents.
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report more significant problems to appropriate personnel.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to scientific discussions.
  • Continuously learn and apply new laboratory techniques and scientific principles.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Medical Technology, or a related scientific field.
  • Basic knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and GLP (Good Laboratory Practice).
  • Proficiency in basic laboratory techniques (e.g., pipetting, solution preparation, sterile technique).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data recording and experimental execution.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
