Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and update internal policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
- Provide expert advice and interpretation on policy matters to various departments and senior management, clarifying complex regulatory landscapes.
- Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops to educate employees on new or revised policies and promote a culture of compliance.
- Conduct policy impact assessments, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Legal, HR, Operations) to ensure policies are integrated seamlessly into business processes.
- Maintain a comprehensive repository of all organizational policies, ensuring accessibility and proper version control.
- Prepare reports and presentations on policy compliance, implementation status, and strategic recommendations for executive leadership.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in policy development, analysis, or regulatory compliance within a professional setting.
- Excellent understanding of German and EU regulatory frameworks relevant to business operations.
