Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute photography for various events, including corporate functions, conferences, social gatherings, and private celebrations.
- Conduct commercial photo shoots for product catalogs, advertising campaigns, branding materials, and corporate portraits.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, objectives, and specific photographic requirements for each project.
- Scout and prepare shoot locations, ensuring optimal lighting, backdrops, and environmental conditions.
- Utilize professional-grade photography equipment (cameras, lenses, lighting, etc.) to capture high-quality images.
- Perform post-production tasks including culling, colour correction, retouching, and final image delivery in specified formats.
- Manage project timelines, ensure timely delivery of assets, and maintain clear communication with clients and Career.zycto.
- Maintain and update a professional portfolio showcasing diverse event and commercial work.
- Adhere to professional ethics and client confidentiality in all engagements.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in professional DSLR/mirrorless cameras and lenses
- Expertise in studio and natural lighting techniques
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or Capture One
- Strong portfolio demonstrating event and commercial photography experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for composition and aesthetics
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various locations within St. Andrew and surrounding areas
Preferred Qualifications
