Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative vision and artistic direction for short films, commercials, and other video content.
- Collaborate closely with clients, producers, cinematographers, and other crew members from pre-production through post-production.
- Develop compelling concepts, storyboards, and shot lists that align with project goals and brand objectives.
- Direct on-set talent, ensuring performances meet the creative vision and production standards.
- Oversee all technical aspects of filming, including camera work, lighting, sound, and set design.
- Manage production timelines and budgets effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within financial parameters.
- Provide clear and constructive feedback during the editing, sound design, and color grading processes to achieve the desired final product.

Required Skills
