Key Responsibilities
- Design, prepare, and deliver engaging lesson plans for both primary and secondary students, adhering to curriculum guidelines.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and implementing differentiated instruction to meet individual learning needs.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, staff, and parents to support student development and address academic or behavioural concerns.
- Participate in extracurricular activities, school events, and professional development programs.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
- Utilize a range of teaching strategies and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
- Promote a culture of respect, responsibility, and academic integrity among students.
- Prepare students for examinations and future academic challenges.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject with a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching across primary and secondary levels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in integrating technology into teaching practices.
- Ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education or a related field.
