Job Description

Tangent International is seeking a dedicated and proactive Home-Based SaaS Operations Coordinator to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in optimising our extensive suite of SaaS applications, ensuring seamless operations, and enhancing user experience across the organisation.

As our SaaS Operations Coordinator, you will be the linchpin connecting our internal teams with the critical software tools they rely on daily. You will manage the lifecycle of our SaaS subscriptions, from procurement and onboarding to performance monitoring and renewal. Your expertise will ensure that our employees have efficient access to the right tools, that our SaaS spend is optimised, and that we maintain compliance with licensing agreements and data security protocols. This role demands a meticulous eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements. You will work autonomously, managing your time effectively while collaborating closely with various departments to understand their needs and provide expert support. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of SaaS applications, including procurement, provisioning, configuration, and decommissioning.
  • Monitor SaaS application performance, usage, and cost-effectiveness, identifying opportunities for optimisation and consolidation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for SaaS vendor management, including contract negotiations, service level agreements, and issue resolution.
  • Provide front-line support and training to internal users on various SaaS platforms, troubleshooting issues and escalating when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing agreements, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), and company security policies for all SaaS tools.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for SaaS configurations, user guides, and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, and departmental leads to align SaaS strategy with business needs and budget constraints.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations, IT support, or SaaS administration role.
  • Proven experience with SaaS management platforms and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of IT operations, software lifecycle management, and cloud-based applications.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with specific SaaS tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, Asana, or similar CRM/project management platforms.
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles or other service management frameworks.
  • Certifications in relevant SaaS platforms or IT service management.
