Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute professional photo shoots in various settings (on-location, studio, events).
- Utilize advanced photography equipment and software to capture high-quality images.
- Edit and retouch photographs to meet client specifications and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Collaborate directly with clients and project managers to understand project requirements and deliver on vision.
- Manage project timelines and deliver final images within agreed-upon deadlines.
- Maintain and organize photography equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition.
- Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance visual concepts and achieve desired outcomes.
- Adhere to professional standards of conduct and representation when working with clients.
Required Skills
- Proficiency with professional-grade DSLR/mirrorless cameras and lighting equipment.
- Expertise in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of photography principles including composition, lighting, and color theory.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality, professional photographs across diverse categories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing diverse photographic styles and projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or certification in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience with videography and video editing is a plus.
- Familiarity with various shooting environments (e.g., studio, outdoor, event, corporate).
- Proficiency in German language (B2 level or higher) is an advantage for local clients.
