As our Videographer, you’ll be at the forefront of our visual storytelling efforts, working closely with marketing, communications, and product teams to translate complex ideas into engaging video formats. Your day-to-day will involve everything from pre-production planning, script development, and storyboarding, to on-site filming, lighting setup, audio recording, and comprehensive post-production. Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute video shoots from start to finish.
- Operate professional video cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and drones (where applicable).
- Develop engaging storyboards, scripts, and shot lists in collaboration with project teams.
- Direct talent and manage on-set production to achieve desired outcomes.
- Perform comprehensive video editing, including color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Manage and organize video assets, maintaining an efficient archive.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in videography and post-production.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and content teams.
- Provide creative input and suggestions for improving video content and production processes.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
- Demonstrable portfolio showcasing a range of videography and editing work.
- Experience with motion graphics and visual effects (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
- Excellent storytelling and narrative development abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
