Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to company and client service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
  • Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Swahili is a plus).
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
