Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging and informative tours showcasing the White River, Ocho Rios area's attractions.
- Provide accurate historical, cultural, and environmental commentary in an engaging manner.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all tour participants throughout the excursion.
- Manage tour logistics, including timing, group movement, and adherence to itineraries.
- Handle unforeseen circumstances professionally and adapt tour plans as necessary.
- Answer guest questions thoroughly and courteously, anticipating needs and providing excellent customer service.
- Promote local businesses and culture responsibly and authentically.
- Maintain a positive, enthusiastic, and approachable demeanor at all times.
Required Skills
- Exceptional communication and public speaking skills.
- In-depth knowledge of White River, Ocho Rios, and surrounding St. Ann Parish history, culture, geography, and attractions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse groups.
