Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate and timely information and solutions.
- Actively listen to customers to understand their needs, identifying and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure a swift resolution for the customer.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to confidently assist customers.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and data security.

Required Skills
