Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to deeply understand their event objectives, preferences, vision, and allocated budget for both wedding and corporate events.
- Develop comprehensive and innovative event proposals, including detailed themes, décor concepts, catering menus, entertainment options, and intricate logistical plans.
- Create and meticulously manage detailed event timelines, budgets, and negotiate and oversee all vendor contracts.
- Source, negotiate terms with, and coordinate a wide range of vendors, including caterers, florists, photographers, videographers, venues, entertainers, and transportation services.
- Oversee all aspects of event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to schedule.
- Act as the primary point of contact and liaison for clients, vendors, and all stakeholders throughout the entire planning and execution process.
- Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and create sophisticated seating arrangements as required.
- Ensure all events adhere to strict safety regulations, legal requirements, and consistently exceed client expectations.
- Conduct thorough post-event evaluations to gather feedback, analyze success metrics, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in comprehensive event planning, with a strong focus on both wedding and corporate events.
