Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily feeding and watering of livestock according to established schedules and dietary requirements.
  • Clean and disinfect animal enclosures, barns, and feeding areas to maintain optimal hygiene standards.
  • Monitor the health and behavior of all animals daily, identifying and reporting any signs of illness, injury, or distress.
  • Assist with animal handling, restraint, and movement for routine examinations, treatments, or other procedures.
  • Administer medications or supplements as directed by farm management or veterinary personnel.
  • Maintain accurate records of feeding, breeding, health treatments, and animal movements.
  • Assist in general farm duties, including maintenance of fencing, equipment, and farm grounds.
  • Ensure the safety and welfare of all livestock at all times.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly.

Required Skills

  • Experience in animal handling or care (personal or professional)
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions
