Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the A&R team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel.
- Maintain and update artist databases, demo submissions, and project tracking systems with meticulous accuracy.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and budgetary requests, ensuring compliance with company financial policies.
- Facilitate communication between artists, management, producers, legal teams, and internal departments.
- Assist in the preparation of A&R reports, presentations, and contractual documentation.
- Organise and facilitate listening sessions, ensuring all submissions are logged and feedback is accurately recorded.
- Conduct preliminary research on emerging artists, market trends, and competitive landscape to support A&R initiatives.
- Manage office supplies and equipment for the A&R department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Support ad-hoc projects and events as required by the A&R department.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably within the music or entertainment industry.
