Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and cultivate new client leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance products (e.g., life, health, auto, home, business).
  • Prepare and present compelling insurance proposals, clearly explaining policy features, benefits, and terms.
  • Close sales and facilitate the completion of all necessary application forms and documentation.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support, including policy reviews and updates.
  • Guide clients through the claims process, from initial reporting to final settlement, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and policy adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales activity reports.
  • Continuously update knowledge on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
