Job Description

Are you a driven digital marketing professional with a passion for building successful partnerships and expanding online reach? Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Affiliate Coordinator to join our dynamic remote team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in identifying, recruiting, and managing affiliate partners to drive traffic, leads, and ultimately, conversions for our various career and recruitment services.

As our Affiliate Coordinator for Online Growth, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our affiliate program, from initial outreach and negotiation to performance monitoring and optimization. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies that enhance our online presence and market penetration through diverse affiliate channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across various channels relevant to the recruitment and career development industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with affiliate partners, providing regular support, communication, and performance feedback.
  • Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and adherence to company policies.
  • Monitor affiliate performance daily, analyze key metrics, and generate comprehensive reports on program effectiveness.
  • Optimize affiliate campaigns by identifying trends, conducting A/B tests, and recommending improvements to creatives, landing pages, and promotional strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling marketing materials and promotional content for affiliates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in affiliate marketing to ensure our program remains competitive and innovative.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant advertising standards and ethical practices within the affiliate network.
  • Manage affiliate payments and ensure accurate tracking and commission payouts.
  • Contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy and help achieve company-wide growth objectives.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency with affiliate tracking platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working with international affiliate networks or programs.
  • Familiarity with the recruitment or HR tech industry.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
  • Experience with CRM software.
