Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform complex data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from various data sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets, providing actionable insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Develop and implement robust forecasting models to predict future outcomes and support strategic planning and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to understand data requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels through clear, concise, and compelling visualisations and narratives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing reporting and analytical processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.

Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.

- Demonstrable experience with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and presentation.
