Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and refine operational strategies to optimize logistics, workflow, and resource utilization.
- Oversee the entire supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.
- Lead, mentor, and manage operational staff, conducting performance reviews and fostering professional development.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies using lean methodologies and continuous improvement principles.
- Manage operational budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to align operational activities with company goals and customer requirements.
- Implement and manage operational software and technologies to enhance productivity and reporting.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance, challenges, and proposed solutions for senior management.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations management, logistics, or supply chain.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.

- Excellent understanding of logistics, inventory control, and warehouse management principles.
