Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their vision, objectives, and budgetary requirements for weddings and corporate events.
- Develop innovative event concepts, themes, and design plans tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences.
- Create detailed proposals, timelines, floor plans, and production schedules.
- Source, negotiate with, and manage a diverse range of local and international vendors including venues, caterers, florists, photographers, entertainers, and transportation services.
- Oversee comprehensive budget creation, tracking, and management to ensure cost-effective event delivery.
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including setup, teardown, and on-site management, ensuring seamless execution.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise before, during, or after an event.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams throughout the planning process.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, gathering feedback and analyzing success metrics to continuously improve service delivery.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in event planning, with a strong focus on both wedding and corporate events.
